The question isn't stupid. It's the answer that's stupid. With the advent of "Seamless" there are now so many patterns that there;s no way for me to find the one used for [719] & [720] from the list.
Also you can try searching here: Patterns by type (not complete but already has quit a lot)
As far as I know there's no way to find a pattern you like, and make your own using different colors.

I'm so glad I asked, because I think I can help you there, at least a little. :)

In any coloured pattern (unless it is one of the originals), there is a small area that names the creator of the pattern template. (In this case, the magnificent zombiebex; it shows up right under the name of the person who created the current pattern.)

So I typed her name into the pattern builder search field. (For this, it must be a full user name, and not a partial.) It's actually the third one in, and I didn't even have to start looking through the submenus for it. (I took a guess that it would be under 'simple shapes' since it was entirely made up of circles.)

(I think this method only works on patterns created after a certain date, but I'm not sure what that date would be; they must have instituted a form of auto-tagging at some point.)

There is actually a second option as well, in case you really hate searching through the pattern browser. I often hit the "create pattern" button under the preview of a pattern, and copy&paste my own hex values into the colour fields. As long as you c&p your original palette badge into the comment field, no one will ever know the difference. :)

(I hope you don't mind that I used your palette to illustrate the point!)

The question isn't stupid. It's the answer that's stupid. With the advent of "Seamless" there are now so many patterns that there;s no way for me to find the one used for [719] & [720] from the list. I don't even know which category it's in. Not that it matters since the categories aren't even enforced. As far as I know there's no way to find a pattern you like, and make your own using different colors.

I wish there was a way to apply the pattern to the palette. :(

(Forgive me if this is a stupid question.) Why can't it be applied...?
